TREASURER’S REPORT
REPORTS
OF RECENT AND ONGOING ACTIVITIES:
Canned Food: 4 cans per hour with a max of 2 hours per month.
Candy Bars: 1 hour for 20 bars. Pick up a bag in the Key Club Office at meetings or before school.
Greenery sales: We still have money out. Please get that in. Prizes and the $200 drawing will not happen until all money is turned in.
Division 36 Lt. Governor Election: Those interested need to meet in the office after this meeting.
2010-2011 Club Officer Elections: Seems early but officers will be elected next meeting. Petitions for Executive positions go out after tonight’s meeting and must be returned by next Friday (29th).
Oranges and Grapefruit: Sales begin next meeting. Be thinking about customers to approach.
Scholarship Applications: Deadline for application for the Key Club $1,000 scholarships given at district convention is Jan. 31st. Access the scholarship booklet on iidistrict.org.
Distinguished Officer & 100 Hour Award: forms will be out in the next week.
UPCOMING PROJECTS
AND SIGN-UPS:
Toy/Coat/Food Drive: Mon (25th), 3:30 PM, trucks and lots of help are needed so that we can get out of the building.
Kiwanis Meetings: Mon (25th & 1st), 17th St., back room of main restaurant, 6 PM.
Concessions: Fri (29th); 6-close; snack line.
County Election Help: Tues (2nd), 7-9 PM; Courthouse; report to Larry Reinhardt.
Scrapbook: The first shifts have gone pretty well but there is a long way to go; mostly sorting, backing, cutting and gluing for now. All shifts in Key Club office. Tues (26th), 3:30 & 5:00; Wed (27th), 3:30 & 5:00 PM; Thurs (28th),3:30; Fri (29th), 6:30; Mon (1st), 3:30.
Immanuel Lutheran After School Program: 3:30-5:00 PM. Thurs (21st), Fri (22nd), Mon (25th), Tues (26th), Wed (27th),Thurs (28th), Fri (29th), Mon (1st), Tues (2nd), Wed (3rd).
St. Andrew’s After School Program: 3:30-5:00 PM. Thurs (21st), Fri (22nd), Mon (25th), Tues (26th), Wed (27th),Thurs (28th), Fri (29th), Mon (1st), Tues (2nd), Wed (3rd).
JCRCC Greeters: Remember that you must record your own hours in the Key Club Office for this. 5:00-8:00 PM. Thurs (21st), Fri (22nd), Sat (23rd), Sun (24th), Mon (25th), Tues (26th), Wed (27th), Thurs (28th), Fri (29th), Sat (30th),Sun (31st), Mon (1st), Tues (2nd).
